Bank transfer is our main and most commonly used payment method. We also offer crypto (Bitcoin) for customers who prefer faster processing. All available options are clearly shown at checkout.

If you choose crypto (Bitcoin), you will receive a BTC amount and a unique payment address at checkout. Send the exact amount via the Bitcoin (BTC) network. Crypto payments are usually confirmed the same day.

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no visible product references. Shipments are handled anonymously and contain no clear sender or product details.

Orders are shipped anonymously via DHL or PostNL, depending on the destination and local delivery route.
Where do you ship?
We ship EU DOMESTIC ONLY to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece,
Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal,
Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
We do not ship to Switzerland, the UK, or Scandinavian countries
(Denmark, Sweden, Finland).
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost is €15 per order. Free shipping applies to orders from €300.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, most EU orders are delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Bank transfer: dispatched after payment processing (up to 72 hours).
